| "When I
first came to ROC I realised that it was not like a day centre, but more
of a resource, the amount of days and hours we come are totally up to us.
You can use it as a Drop-in place just to talk and meet friends or you can
choose to join in the projects which are going on all the time. When
ROC takes on a project, it is done properly and professionally, and this
impressed me. I think it helps give you the belief that although we
are disabled we are still citizens of the community and we all have
different skills" - Regular ROC
