  • Access to information about local services, activities, training and networks
  • A range of equipment and materials to assist your personal development
  • Planned group and individual activities to challenge, stimulate and inform
  • Partnership work to link with other services and support
  • Involvement in the running of the resource

When are we available?

  • Drop-in and Group activity: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday (10am to 5pm)*
  • Planned community support and projects: Tuesday and Friday*

How do I find out more?

You can self refer in person or by phone, email or text (see contact details above).  Our resource staff will spend time with you to find out what you need and want.

You can contact or come along with a supporter if you prefer or if you need high levels of personal care.

"When I first came to ROC I realised that it was not like a day centre, but more of a resource, the amount of days and hours we come are totally up to us.  You can use it as a Drop-in place just to talk and meet friends or you can choose to join in the projects which are going on all the time.  When ROC takes on a project, it is done properly and professionally, and this impressed me.  I think it helps give you the belief that although we are disabled we are still citizens of the community and we all have different skills"
